Return Policy

Defective/damaged products may be accepted for returns/refunds fulfilling the conditions as stated:


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


Customer need to raise an alert with us within 2 working days from the date of delivery on our website for being eligible for the return.


Only those products will be eligible for return policies which are received by us within 10 working days of the date of delivery. retains the rights to examine whether the product returned is defective /damaged and based on the verification. will either reship/replace the product to the customer.


In case product is defective or damaged then the team will replace and reship the product to the same shipping address of the customer subject to the availability of the stock of the product.


In case the returned product is not defective/damaged then the customer will be informed about the same and the same product will be reship to the shipping address of the order.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


If the product stock is unavailable then a request for the refund will be initiated and the same shall be informed to the customer through registered email.


Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.  

Non-returnable items: 

Gift cards, Vouchers, Coupons
Downloadable software products 
Some health and personal care items


In case of clothes & footwear, over/under sized products may be exchanged fulfilling the above stated conditions. If we are not able to provide exchange for any reason whatsoever, your payment (less shipping charge) will be refunded.
